Returns & Refunds Policy:

At Ocean Wave Braids, I take pride in providing quality products and carefully packaging every order before it leaves. I also do my best to provide honest, detailed product descriptions so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

If your order arrives with a fault or you believe you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can work together to find a suitable solution.

Hair Products:

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair products for change of mind. Thank you for your understanding.

Costumes:

We happily accept returns or exchanges on costumes, provided they are:

-In original, unworn condition

-Returned with all original tags attached

-Returned in their original packaging

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, as well as any additional shipping charges for exchanged items.

Replacement or exchanged items must be ordered through our website where applicable.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only and will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Postage paid at the time of your original order covers the initial delivery only and cannot be refunded.

I wish I could hand deliver every order but unfortunately I cant and I know how exciting it is to get your goods so please be patient. Orders are packed and sent out Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) postage has a lovely way of taking slightly longer from the West so please allow up to 7bus days for your order to arrive before you freak out that its missing. Please select EXPRESS at checkout if you wish for your order to arrive quicker. (Roughly 2-3 business days) International orders will take 7-14 days to arrive depending on Country, I am not held responsible for any duties or taxes.
